Action "Vessel and Container Surveillance" (VESCOSUR) provides scientific and technical support in maritime surveillance as well as in monitoring and risk analysis for containerized cargo. It does this in support of a number of EU policies, for example, the Integrated Maritime Policy and Customs Policy.

VESCOSUR's key partners include maritime and customs authorities of EU Member States, Commission Directorate Generals or Services MARE, DEVCO, and OLAF, as well as EU agencies FRONTEX and EMSA. More...
